Pro add-on for Quick Stock. Where the free plugin gives you a single inline-editable table, Pro adds the workflow shop owners ask for the moment their catalog grows past a couple of dozen products: CSV export and CSV import for product stock data.
The export streams a UTF-8 CSV with id, sku, name, type, stock_status, stock_quantity, low_stock_amount, manage_stock and categories. Optional single-category filter (with descendants) lets you export only the SSAB shelf for a supplier, or only the books-by-publisher slice for a price update. Variations can be included as their own rows.
The import is two-step: upload, preview the first 25 rows, confirm to apply. Each row matches by id first, falls back to sku. Stock fields update only when the column is present and non-empty. Optional category sync — off by default so a sloppy CSV can’t silently rewrite your taxonomy. When you do enable it, an empty cell leaves existing categories alone and unknown names can be auto-created or skipped.
Drop-in: install Free first, install Pro on top, paste your license key. The Pro tabs share the same admin page as the free plugin.
