Jalma Inline Stock Editor Pro

v1.1.0 · Paid

CSV export and import for the same stock data the free plugin edits inline — the workflow shops ask for once the catalogue outgrows a table.

Highlights

What it does

The free plugin puts every product and every variation in one table with inline-editable stock and low-stock threshold, so a stock count is a few minutes of typing instead of two hundred round trips through the product editor. It stays free on WordPress.org and Pro takes nothing away from it.

Pro adds CSV export and CSV import for the same data. Export streams id, sku, name, type, stock_status, stock_quantity, low_stock_amount, manage_stock and categories, optionally filtered to a single category and its children, optionally with each variation as its own row. The file carries a UTF-8 BOM so Excel opens it correctly the first time.

Import matches each row by id and falls back to sku. It is all-or-nothing: the entire file is read and validated before a single product is written, and if any row has a problem you get the complete list with line numbers and nothing changes. Shifted rows, unknown ids, two rows targeting the same product and values that do not parse are errors, not silent coercions. You preview the first 25 rows before anything is applied.

Category sync from the CSV is off by default, because a sloppy file should not be able to rewrite your taxonomy. Turn it on and an empty cell means no opinion while a filled one replaces the product’s categories. Unknown category names stop the import with a line number unless you explicitly ask for them to be created.

€19 a year. Requires the free plugin and WooCommerce 6.0 or later. Licensed through LemonSqueezy — activation happens in Pro’s own License tab.
