The free plugin hides a WooCommerce payment method when the cart matches a rule — cart total with or without shipping, item count, shipping country, customer role, or digital versus physical contents. One rule, one condition, one line in a table. No settings sprawl and nothing phoning home.
Pro lets a single rule hold several conditions and decide whether all of them have to match or any of them will do. Hide invoice when the country is SE and the cart total is under 500 becomes one rule rather than an argument with the settings screen. Add as many conditions to a rule as it needs.
Pro only unlocks the grouped-condition editor and its evaluation. The payment methods, the condition types and the checkout behaviour are all handled by the free plugin, through its extension hooks.
